• Birth certificate of the child by the municipal corporation.
• Aadhaar card of the child.
• Vaccination card of the child.
• Residence proof of the parents.
• Aadhar card of both the parents.
• Report card of last class attended (Applicable from Grade 1 onwards)
• Transfer certificate from the last school attended (Applicable from Grade 1 onwards)
• PEN/ UDISE Code from the last school attended

MODE OF PAYMENT:- The fee can be deposited in any of the following ways:

Cash/Cheque, DD issued in favor of The Manthan School.
