“Knowing what’s right doesn’t mean much unless you do what’s right”
A workshop on cyberbullying in association with Pratham was organized for students of Grade 8 -11. In these difficult times when the students are online most of the time, it is easy for them to become easy targets of cyberbullying. The resource person Mr. Saurabh Nanda addressed all the important topics such as how students can avoid putting too much information online, how easily photos or information they post can go viral and what children can do to defend themselves if they are targeted by cyberbullies. The focus of the session was to create awareness about the usage of networking devices, which has become a part and parcel of everyone’s life. An individual who is unaware of the use of the cyber world is vulnerable to the risks it poses. The entire session was meticulously designed and executed; it covered a wide range of issues from morphing to online predators. Overall, it was a very thought-provoking session
