Having fun while practicing fitness is very essential to stay happy and healthy in these unprecedented times. Amidst this, a dance workshop was organized with numerous fun and fitness activities for the students of Fledglings to Grade 2. The event was led by the team from The Dance District and they primarily focused on teaching Jazz choreography to help kids have fun while staying fit. In a matter of a few minutes, the workshop saw students dancing full throttle to the beats and enjoying the dance steps taught by professional choreographers from TDD and mastering unique trending steps, concluding with a session on understanding how expressing emotions from dance helps relieve stress and anxiety and build more confidence. The workshop cheered by students and teachers was a much-needed session.
