A POCSO and Gender Sensitisation Workshop was conducted in collaboration with Bennett University for teachers and support staff. The session focused on child safety, gender sensitivity, recognising signs of abuse, reporting procedures, and maintaining appropriate professional conduct with students.
Through real-life examples and practical insights, participants gained a better understanding of their role in creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment. The workshop reinforced the importance of collective responsibility in safeguarding children and promoting empathy, equality, and dignity within the school community.
