National Karate Championship

The 1st PEFI National Karate Championship 2022 started at our School. The Students from 13 states all over India came to participate in the championship. Day 1 witnessed the inauguration ceremony held at the school premises, with participants marching proudly on the beats of drums holding their state flag. Among many dignitaries present for the ceremony, the chief guest, Mr. Suman Talwar(Actor) and Mr. Pushkar Vohra (Joint Secretary CBSE) graced the occasion. Their inspiring words motivated the gathering to pick up any sport but, above all, the words of Mr. Suman Talwar, who himself is a renowned martial artist emphasized the relevance for all the girls to learn self-defense. The audience also witnessed spell binding kathak performance, a dance performance by DID winners, a yoga presentation and an encouraging song.
